Airtel Zain 3G Internet modem/phone wap configuration setting

Previously Zain, Airtel provides one of the best internet service all over Nigeria.
To enjoy this service on any of your device, be it mobile handheld device of laptop or desktop computer via connection to your phone or usb modem, you need to first configure your device.
This can be done automatically or manually.

AUTOMATIC
To configure your device automatically, send 'internet' in text message to 232. You should receive settings.
Save and enjoy.

MANUAL
1. For mobile phones/wap, these are the parameters:
APN: wap.ng.airtel.com
Username: wap
Password: wap

2. For usb modems:
APN: internet.ng.airtel.com
Username: internet
Password: internet.
